Circle Casting

                                                      Opening your circle

First clear and cleanse your space.

Stand in front of your altar and when you are grounded,Take your wand or finger of your dominant hand and reaching upwards point it to the sky and call on the God/Goddess or Angels of your choice.Ask them to join you in your circle. Hold your wand/finger out in front of you and turn in a clockwise (deosil) direction and as you turn say:-

                                                I cast this circle all around

                                                All within are magic bound

                                                A sacred place,a healing space

                                                Safe from harm by spirits grace

                                                          Closing your circle

With your wand/finger make a doorway or turn in an anti-clockwise direction (widdershin) and at the same time say:-

                                                           I close this circle all is done

                                                           Magic forged by moon and sun

                                                           Thankyou all here present today

                                                           Go in peace and blessed be

Blow out your candles and give blessings to the God/Goddess or Angels,alternatively you can allow your candles to burn down on their own but please donot leave lit candles unattended
